Hello Richard
Glad you’ve found our site. The re-development of the Swan is now going ahead, although I have heard no plans to widen Yardley or Stockfield Road. I’m sure we would have heard about such a scheme if that was part of the plan. The concern from an Acocks Green perspective is the affect that a big Tescos will have on the business of the shops in Acocks Green Village. If anyone else has any comments to share please respond.
