Yardley Road will be closed in sections from 25th July for around 6 weeks whilst Severn Trent Water replace water works.  There will be a shuttle bus running every half hour,  The route will be: Acocks Green Village, Dudley Park Road, Sherbourne Road, TURN AROUND, back to AG Village. Then Warwick Road, Stockfield Road, Yardley Road. TURN ROUND, back to AG Village.  Where it gets to along the Yardley Road will depend on where the works are up to.

They have also put in place extra resources to attempt to speed up the works and will have customer service on site two mornings per week so people can make contact, if required.

The number 11 bus will be re-routed along Stockfield Road.
