You have contacted Acocks Green Neighbourhood Forum, we are a volunteer run community group. I suggest that if you are interested in learning violin you look for a private tutor, you could ask on http://www.streetlife.com or in Acocks Green there is a Music School http://www.kimichischool.co.uk/, they might be able to recommend a local tutor, also perhaps trying the Birmingham Conservatoire School of Music, some of their final year students might want to earn some extra money tutoring.
      Good luck with your endeavour.
