This Thursday is the Birmingham City Council Elections, time to vote for our local Councillor. So make use of your right to vote and get yourself down to the polling station. They are open from 7am to 10pm. If you have lost your polling card don’t worry, you can still vote by giving your name and address to the polling clerk.
John O’Shea, the local Labour Councillor, has completed his two year role and so local people have to decide to vote for John again or choose another Councillor in his place.
Our friends from Acocks Green Focus Group have put forward a list of the candidates standing and presented them with a list of questions relevant to the people of Acocks Green. You can read all the details of how they answered here:
Your Acocks Green Ward Councillors
Perhaps the hard work that the Focus Group have put into this report will help you make up your mind as to who to vote for.
